Personal Training
Located in a world class gym in beautiful Wānaka, personal training with me is as it should be - personal.
Often times, working with a personal trainer means training in a noisy, big box gym with hundreds of others! I operate out of Pure Performance in Wānaka - a world class, boutique facility for a premium training experience.
I treat the gym as a lab - a place where I can assess your wellbeing and movement quality, and work out where we can improve. The work we do in the gym translates to a higher quality of performance outside the gym and in your every day life.
STEP 1
First, we need to meet! This gives me a chance to understand your needs and goals, and how I might be able to help you. It also gives you a chance to see if I am going to be the right coach for you. We can meet at Pure Performance, and go through a movement assessment and consultation. This is complimentary.
STEP 2
After we’ve met, we can discuss what training options would work best for you. I generally train people 1-2x per week for 45min-60min sessions. This is purely based on what works best for you and your goals.
STEP 3
Training begins! I will write you a program and we will set appropriate goals and targets based on what your focus is with your health and fitness. This is tailored to you and your ability, and can be adapted to your schedule and preferences.
